How far in advance should I book?
For Ramadan and the school holidays, three to four months - hotel availability near the Haram is the constraint, not the visa. Outside peak periods four to six weeks is usually comfortable.
What documents do you need from me?
A passport valid for at least six months from travel, passport-size photographs to the current specification, and your vaccination record. We confirm the exact checklist in writing when you book, because requirements do change.
Is the quoted price per person or for the whole group?
Every quotation states this explicitly on each line. Package prices are normally quoted per person on a stated room occupancy - sharing, triple, double or single - because the room is what moves the price most.
Can I use my own flights or arrange my own visa?
Yes. Packages can be quoted land-only, or with any component removed. Tell us what you have already arranged and we will price the rest around it.
How do payments work?
A deposit confirms the booking, with the balance due before documents are issued. Every payment is receipted against your booking and your outstanding balance is always available on request.
What happens if something changes after I have booked?
Contact us as early as you can. Changes to dates, rooms or passenger details are often possible; what they cost depends entirely on the airline and hotel terms that applied when the booking was made, and we will tell you before anything is changed.
Do you work with travel agents?
Yes - a substantial part of what we do is B2B. Partner agents get negotiated pricing, agreed payment terms and a portal showing their own bookings, quotations and statements. Contact us to set an account up.
